Billing & Payment Policy

  • The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is successfully placed.


Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully completed:

  • An order confirmation email and/or SMS will be sent to the registered contact details.

  • Customers are advised to review their order details immediately after receiving confirmation.

  • If any discrepancy is noticed, please contact our support team within 24 hours.


Payment Verification

For security reasons, certain orders may undergo additional verification before processing.

Heavenbirds reserves the right to:

  • Verify customer information

  • Request identity confirmation

  • Contact customers for order validation

Orders may be delayed, cancelled, or placed on hold if verification requirements are not met.


Failed Transactions

In the event of a failed transaction where payment has been deducted but the order was not confirmed:

  • The amount is usually reversed automatically by the payment provider.

  • Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment service provider.

  • Customers are advised to contact their bank if the amount is not reversed within the applicable period.

Heavenbirds is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available on selected products and locations.

Heavenbirds reserves the right to:

  • Disable COD for specific pincodes.

  • Restrict COD on high-value orders.

  • Request prepaid payment for certain orders.

Customers must make the full payment to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.


Billing Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.

Incorrect information may result in:

  • Order delays

  • Failed deliveries

  • Order cancellation

Heavenbirds shall not be responsible for losses resulting from incorrect information submitted by customers.


Fraud Prevention

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed according to the Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds are generally issued to:

  • Bank account

  • UPI ID

Refund processing may take 24–48 hours after approval, while banks may take additional time to reflect the amount.


Taxes & Charges

Applicable GST and other government taxes will be charged as per Indian laws.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable to international orders.


Order Cancellation & Payment Refunds

Cancellation requests are governed by our Cancellation Policy.

Any deductions related to:

  • Shipping charges

  • Courier charges

will be applied as per the applicable policy.
