Packaging Policy

Your products are carefully packed in high-quality, durable, and secure packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

  • All products are packed in strong, tear-resistant packaging.

  • We do not display product details on the outer package to maintain customer privacy.

  • Secure packaging is provided completely free of charge.

  • Every order undergoes a quality check before dispatch.


Shipping Policy

We ship across India and selected international locations.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight, dimensions, and contents of your order.

Delivery Timeline

For most products, we offer delivery within 7–10 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date of successful payment confirmation.

For prepaid orders placed through Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, or Net Banking, the delivery timeline starts after successful payment verification.

Made-to-Order Products

Certain made-to-order or customized products may require additional production time.

  • Production Time: Approximately 15–18 working days

  • Dispatch will take place after production is completed.


Factors Affecting Delivery

Delivery timelines may be extended under the following circumstances:

Customer-Related Delays

  • Customer unavailable at delivery address

  • Incorrect shipping address provided

  • Incomplete or incorrect contact information

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

Please note that courier companies may or may not contact customers before attempting delivery.

Remote Locations

Delivery may take longer in:

  • North Eastern States

  • Jammu & Kashmir

  • Hill Stations

  • Rural Areas

  • Remote Locations

Additional delays may occur due to weather conditions, accessibility limitations, or local restrictions.

Unforeseen Circumstances

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Government restrictions

  • Law and order situations

  • Public holidays

  • Transport disruptions

  • Courier service interruptions


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

You can track your shipment directly through the courier partner's tracking portal.


Air Shipping Service

Customers opting for Air Shipping will be charged:

₹95 per product (additional charge)

Please note:

  • Air shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Air shipping only affects transit speed and does not guarantee same-day or next-day delivery.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges displayed during checkout are final and based on:

  • Product weight

  • Quantity

  • Delivery location

  • Shipping method selected

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Shipping charges

  • Air shipping charges

  • Courier handling charges

  • Return shipping charges (where applicable)


Backordered Products

Delivery guarantees do not apply to products marked as:

  • Backorder

  • Pre-order

  • Made-to-Order

  • Customized Products

Such products will be dispatched according to the timeline mentioned on the respective product page.


International Shipping

We ship selected products internationally.

  • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery timelines vary by destination country.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.

Please note that international orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
