Return, Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Heavenbirds believes in complete customer satisfaction. We always strive to provide the best quality products to our customers. However, for transparency and legal compliance, please read our Return, Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.
DISCLAIMER
If your package arrives with signs of tampering, damage, or is already open, please refuse delivery. If the package is accepted in such condition, Heavenbirds will not be liable for any claim, return, exchange, or refund related to transit damage.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation requests can be made within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
PREPAID ORDER CANCELLATION
Prepaid orders can be cancelled within 24 hours only. Refunds will be processed after deducting transaction charges equivalent to 5% of the order value.
If the order has already been dispatched, courier charges of ₹100 per piece will also be deducted.

REFUND POLICY

If your return request is approved, the customer must send the product back using any nearby courier service to the return address mentioned below.
Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers will receive a refund of the product value after deduction of ₹150 per returned product as shipping and handling charges.
Heavenbirds is liable only for the product value and not for shipping charges.
Heavenbirds does not arrange pickup services for standard return requests.
Eligibility

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

Delivery failures due to incorrect address, unavailable customer, or incorrect contact details are not eligible for a full refund.

Return and exchange are allowed only once per order.
Return Charges
Return Charges: ₹150 per product, payable by the customer.
Refund Amount & Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours after receiving and inspecting the returned products.
Refund Amount = Amount Paid - (₹150 × Number of Products Returned)
EXCHANGE POLICY
Products can only be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value.

Customers must ship the product back using a nearby courier service.

Heavenbirds does not arrange pickup services for standard exchanges.
Exchange Charges
Exchange Charges: ₹150 per product
Customers are responsible for both return shipping and shipping charges for the replacement product.
Conditions for Exchange

Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Include your name, address, phone number, email, and order ID inside the parcel.

Exchange is allowed only once per order.

Sale items, discounted products, coupon purchases, and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

Customers will receive email or WhatsApp confirmation once the exchanged product is received.

Replacement products will be dispatched within 48 hours after successful inspection.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 2 days of delivery.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
A complete unboxing video is required for all damaged, defective, or wrong-product claims.
Claims may be rejected if:

The package appears previously opened.

The video starts after opening the parcel.
-
The package is only partially visible.
-
The recording is incomplete.
Not Eligible for Damage Claims
The following situations are not considered product defects:

Product does not meet personal expectations.

Fabric texture appears different than expected.

Minor thread issues, tassel pulling, or slight printing irregularities.

Color variation of 10–15% due to screen settings, lighting conditions, or printing processes.
Shipping Charges for Approved Damage Claims
Return shipping costs for approved damaged or wrong-product claims will be borne by Heavenbirds.
Pickup Responsibility
Heavenbirds may attempt to arrange a pickup service through its logistics partners.
If pickup service is available, an additional pickup fee of ₹200 per piece may apply.
If pickup is unavailable, customers must use a local courier service.
Conditions for Damaged Product Claims

Report the issue within 2 days of delivery.

Include your order number and supporting evidence.

Returned products will be inspected upon receipt.

Approved refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours after inspection.
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Return and exchange requests due to size, style, or preference issues must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
Products must:

Be unused and unwashed

Have original tags attached

Be returned in original packaging
No return or exchange will be accepted for products altered by the customer.
No return or exchange is available for customized or personalized products.
Products cannot be returned solely because the customer does not like the color, fabric feel, or material quality. Customers are advised to review product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted for international orders.
